I have one doubt Madam! In these Corona days I completely avoid raw vegetables.
Despite many precautions I had typhoid and had to be hospitalized too a few months back.
Is it alright to use raw veg? How to sanitize fruits and raw vegetables?
Is washing the veg and kothumalli with sanitizer or soap water enough?
I wash them with soap water and peel the veg and fruits.But how to safely eat guavas etc ?And I do not make kothumalli chutney etc at all though we love it.

Kindly learn some breathing exercises.
No need to fear that much.I wash by soaking in water for few minutes with little salt added.No need for soap .Typhoid is different.Boosting your immune system with home made sprouts is fine.
